Roman is a very talented young winemaker from the commune of Fläsch in Graubünden. He was voted “Rookie of the Year” by Gault et Millau in 2017. The guide was right, and today the estate’s wines are among the best in Switzerland. They stand out for their elegance and freshness, with a strong sense of terroir.
