Pierre-Vincent is a winemaking virtuoso, producing contemporary-style, ultra-digestible wines. In a magnificent, ultra-modern winery, where nothing is left to chance, he brings out the very best in these great terroirs. The whites are matured in 456-litre barrels to reduce the influence of new wood. This precise approach produces perfectly balanced, mineral white wines. The red wines undergo a long, gentle press. They are sapid, full of fruit and freshness, supple and very little marked by the barrel. The wines that come out of this cellar are world-class!
