Maxime Renaudin (Pays d'Hérault)
Maxime Renaudin trained at the Grange des Pères and has a marvellous mastery of the ‘magic recipe’ for blending the great Languedoc-Roussillon grape varieties. It was Laurent Vaillé who showed him how to make fresh wines from Carignan, Grenache and Syrah. The grape varieties are vinified and matured separately from each other in barrels from the best estates in the region. Maxime makes his blend just before bottling. He currently produces less than 7,000 bottles. As the wines are highly speculative, everything is under allocation.
