Laurent Pillot

This is a historic estate in Chassagne-Montrachet. The vines are worked organically, without pesticides, and since Adrien (the 5th generation) arrived at the estate, he has used almost no new wood. President of the young winemakers of Chassagne-Montrachet, Adrien has a wealth of talent to bring out the best in these fabulous terroirs. He belongs to the new golden generation of Côte d’Or winemakers, like his friends Théo Dancer and Pierre-Vincent Girardin.
