Gour de Chaulé
At the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, the young and very talented Paul Fumoso produces exceptional Grenache at his Gour de Chaulée estate. In Gigondas, this estate of just 10 hectares has superb sandy terroirs, which work wonders with Paul’s innovative work. For ageing, Paul uses concrete eggs in particular, which make the wines very drinkable. Domaine Gour de Chaulé has been voted one of the top 10 estates on the list of those set to rise rapidly. All the wines are under allocation.
