This estate is undoubtedly one of Burgundy’s benchmarks for lovers of refined, thoroughbred Pinots. Yves Confuron is the domaine’s oenologist. He grows Pinot Noir organically. Vinified as whole bunches, the wines will need a few years in the cellar to show their full potential.
