Billecart Salmon

Billecart-Salmon was founded in 1818 by Nicolas-François Billecart and Élisabeth Salmon. Today, it remains one of the last champagne houses to remain family-run and independent. The philosophy is based on slow fermentation at low temperature, preserving the integrity of the aromas and the freshness of the wines. In the vineyard, a sustainable approach and meticulous selection guarantee top-quality grapes. The wines are characterised by their elegance and finesse, with a delicate, persistent mousse.
