Bergerie de l’Arcade (Pays d'Hérault)

The Soulas brothers trained under Laurent Vaillé at the Domaine de la Grange des Pères. Pascal and Gilles Soulas, heirs to a magnificent estate in Pouzols, acquired their first vineyards on the hills above Aniane, in the Pradels district, thanks to the generosity of Laurent and Bernard Vaillé. La Bergerie de l’Arcade comprises a red wine (blend) and a white wine made from Terret Blanc. Since 2016, they have been producing an exceptional red wine, with intense aromas of wild berries and morello cherries, made from Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. Since the 2021 vintage, they have been offering an ultra-exclusive white wine, with incredible salinity.
