Théo Dancer

Son of the famous winemaker Vincent Dancer, Théo divides his time between the family estate and his micro-trading business. Since the 2021 vintage, he has been offering 4 very fine cuvées made with grapes from the Jura, Beaujolais, Southern Rhône and Burgundy regions. In the vineyards, special care is taken to cultivate the grapes according to the methods learnt by Théo. In the cellar, he reproduces the same work as on the family estate, with great success from the very first vintage. Apart from the Bourgogne aligoté, the rest of the wines are classified as ‘Vin de France’ because they are vinified at the domaine in Chassagne-Montrachet. All the wines are under allocation.
