Théo Dancer, a famous winemaker from Chassagne-Montrachet, has taken on a new challenge in collaboration with Arnaud Baillot and Louis Lachaux. Théo wanted to understand the Mâconnais terroir by producing just two ultra-pure cuvées, a Chardonnay and a Pinot Noir. The result lives up to our expectations, with a brilliant pinot noir with aromas of plums, rose petals and orange peel. The Chardonnay is crystalline, with hints of white fruit and toast. A must for lovers of great Burgundy.
