Jean-Pierre Pellegrin (Geneva)
In Peissy, Jean-Pierre Pellegrin has been producing some of Switzerland’s finest organic (non-certified) wines since 1989. Despite being one of the stars of the Geneva wine scene, the man remains discreet and humble. At his estate, he creates wines of great finesse and precision, earning him the nickname “L’horloger du vin”.
