Sébastien Mann arrived at the family estate around ten years ago and has given it a new lease of life. A graduate of the Vouette and Sorbée estates in Champagne, he cultivates all his plots biodynamically. This meticulous approach is reflected in his wines, which are often vinous, lively and full of energy.
