Domaine d’Aupilhac (Montpeyroux)

This is one of the most fabulous estates in Languedoc-Roussillon, created in 1989 by Sylvain Fadat. On the terroirs of Montpeyroux, the estate produces top-flight biodynamic wines combining freshness, finesse and energy. It’s a perfect record, and all the vintages are very successful. It’s the result of decades of hard work in the vineyard, and has been rewarded with the title of Best Winegrower of France 2021 by the Revue des Vins de France.
