Chavost (Vigneron)

Fabian Daviaux produces organic and natural champagnes from his 5 hectares of vines, using as few inputs as possible. After working all over the world, he decided to return to Chavot-Courcourt and produce champagnes with no added sulphites. Special mention must go to the estate’s labels, which stand out from the crowd and always create a sensation on epicurean tables.
