Château Roc de Cambes (Côtes de Bourg)

Roc de Cambes is a rare pearl of Côtes de Bourg wines in Bordeaux. It was created by the thundering François Mitjavile, a creator at heart and a man of passion and commitment. Drawing on a unique terroir, he practises traditional, meticulous viticulture. The philosophy of Roc de Cambes is based on craftsmanship and the demand for quality and high ripeness of the grapes, before ambitious ageing to sublimate the generous raw material. The wines are rich and deep, with aromas of black fruit, truffle and cocoa, offering a velvety structure and great persistence on the palate.
