Château Latour (Pauillac)

Premier Cru Classé de Pauillac, Château Latour is run by Frédéric Engerer. It takes its name from an ancient fortification, the emblematic square tower originally known as Saint-Mambert. This legendary cru is dedicated to organic viticulture, now certified, to bring out the quintessence of its immense terroir. The philosophy is based on hyper-precision and exacting standards. Latour wines are renowned for their density, depth and longevity, revealing complex aromas of blackcurrant, tobacco and cedar, underpinned by powerful, silky tannins. They age for 50 years in their prime.
