Benoit Dorsaz (Valais)

Located in the famous commune of Fully in the heart of the Valais, Benoît Dorsaz focuses on indigenous grape varieties. The wines are all biodynamic and Demeter-certified, and are very intense even when young. Low yields mean that we have to limit them.
