Fabrizio Borgogno and Stefano Carbone are best friends and two iconic figures in Piedmont. Together, they run an import company that supplies the whole of Piedmont with the best French producers.
The duo also owns one of the best restaurants in the Langhe, More & Macine. It is a place where the region’s most brilliant producers meet to discuss wine.
When Fabrizio and Stefano had the brilliant idea of making wine together, everything fell into place naturally, as Fabrizio’s family has owned a beautiful vineyard in Verduno for generations.
The manual work in the vineyard and then in the cellar is very precise.
